Day 2: Favorite Male Character

Tom Strong

I like Tom Strong for a similar reason to why I like Jakita Wagner and the Planetary series as a whole. It’s a return to the kind of comics that were about in the Silver Age but updated with a modern twist. I love the character archetype of the Science Hero - the kind of guy who’ll discover an element and then punch out a Nazi. It’s part of the reason why I like Jonathon Hickman’s FF so much.

Shikamaru Nara: Slacker kids grows into a badass strategist, gotta love it.

Usopp: I love his conviction and his fears too. The idea of being left behind because everyone around you is streaking ahead? I love it.
